Have you ever been required to speak in public and felt nausea, fear, or would have preferred to have a tooth extraction with no Novocaine? My name is Tabitha McDonald. I am an intuitive coach and I am also a body worker and I help people overcome their fear of public speaking. A body worker and I help people overcome their fear of public speaking.

Speaker 1:

One of the kind of coolest stories in my I will call it a spiritual awakening or a transformational journey was when I met Bruce Lipton. I don't know if you know who Bruce Lipton is, but he wrote the Biology of Belief and one year I started just traveling around and going to all of the consciousness conferences because I really wanted to understand what was happening in humanity, and people in the conscious creation community seemed to have a lot of answers that I was looking for. So I found myself at the Consciousness Conference and it's put on by a man named Richard and he gets all of the most amazing speakers in human evolution and consciousness together and puts together these really amazing events to talk about what's happening outside of what we would normally think of right in human evolution. So he gets, like Greg Brayden, joe Dispenza, bruce Lipton and many other great thought leaders and transformational experts on stage that really blend the science of spirituality and science together to help people understand how it's all connected. So I was at this conference called the Marriage of Science and Spirituality and it was with Bruce Lipton and Michael Beckwith, and I got in line to meet Bruce Lipton and I was very excited because I just love the man. His energy is amazing. He's just one of the kindest people I've ever been around and he's genuine. He has this genuine energy about him and you can sense that he really loves what he does.

Speaker 1:

He really had to follow his intuition when it came to following his calling and I love the story that he told when he was standing in front of the Stanford professionals and he heard God basically say this is what I want you to teach, and he felt, from what I understand from his explanation and story, almost like there's no way I can say that in front of these people. And he did and he was hired and I just thought that was probably one of the most inspiring stories of following your divine calling or following your intuition. So what does this have to do with public speaking? I met him and I shook his hand and he just looked at me and he said the world needs you to come here or to do what you came here to do. Stop reading from your slides and speak from your heart. And I thought, like there's no way that he just said that out of the blue, like that had to have been channeled.

Speaker 1:

So I started my journey of overcoming my fear of being heard, my fear of being seen being a public speaker. Heard my fear of being seen being a public speaker. And how I got into magnetic mind coaching in the first place was I had watched a super conscious recode video that Chris Duncan had put on YouTube helping two women overcome their fear of public speaking using the super conscious recode. As soon as I saw that video, I knew my soul was like, yes, that is what you need to learn. And it took me down the journey of getting certified in Chris Duncan's work and learning about magnetic alignment and how to use superconscious recode to untangle trauma memories without having to go in and really talk about them, where we could use Superconscious Recode to pull out the emotional triggers that keep us stuck in the past.

Speaker 1:

So I want to talk tonight about public speaking because, as I have been asking and inviting people onto my podcast normal average people who I admire and have a tremendous amount of respect for the work that they do in the world. They said, well, I would love to, but I have a terrible fear of public speaking and I kind of laughed because I was like, oh gosh, no problem, I've got a tool for you. Let me share the super conscious recode with you. It will just blow it out of the water. Now, to be fair, there is still some nerves and you still have to take action. However, it does remove a lot of the resistance and the outdated programming that says you know your voice doesn't matter or those unconscious triggers like dry mouth and you know the sweats and the things like the negative talk in your head and forgetting what you're going to say and all of those types of things.

Speaker 1:

And it was interesting because I was at my networking group this morning and I had volunteered to do a five-minute education moment on rapport building and using body language to quickly and easily build rapport with people. And I was standing in the shower this morning because I get a lot of divine inspiration in the shower and I just heard don't worry about this presentation, all you have to do is go into Hukala, like you were trained and I've got you. And it was my higher self. I've already done this speech a thousand times and I just kind of trusted that Bruce Lipton might've been right and that I could just deliver the speech and I would be fine if I just had fun with it. And so I got there early and my friend and I rehearsed it like twice and we had so much fun. It was a great. We had a great time.

Speaker 1:

Was I nervous? Yeah, I was nervous, but it didn't stop me from doing the presentation and feeling really confident and good while I was doing it. And there wasn't any negative self-talk in my head when I got off of the podium, like there was no oh, you should have done this or that. I just got so many, so much positive feedback from people and then I just enjoyed it and people were grateful that I shared my knowledge with them. And it's funny because I was talking to a coach the other day and she said people don't know what you know and that's what you need to share, because when you're you and you've studied what you've studied and you've become an expert in your field and whatever it is, you don't realize other people don't really know what you're talking about, because you don't understand always what other people don't know and you take for granted the knowledge that you do have and the experience that you have.

Speaker 1:

So I want to talk about this fear of public speaking because I think a lot more people are being called to share their stories and to step up in leadership roles in their field and their expertise and also just in their community, to help support each other as the world transitions. However, it's transitioning, but as the world grows and evolves and as we grow and evolve as human beings. World grows and evolves and as we grow and evolve as human beings. So if you have a fear of public speaking, then this is definitely for you. I am going to include a recode towards the end of this recording, so if that is something that you have always wanted to try, stay tuned, I will be including that. But first I wanted to talk about what is behind this fear of public speaking, because what I want to do is start activating your field of memories around you. So, as I'm asking some of these questions, maybe you want to jot down some notes or just allow yourself to think about what some of your blocks are.

Speaker 1:

Our blocks usually show up in the physical manifestation. So your body holds the fear and your body might have an archive of past experiences, including fear, tension and stress. Many you don't remember, some you might, and your nervous system may have stored past moments of embarrassment or discomfort. It could have come from a myriad of things, including being publicly humiliated when you were trying to tell a story in the fifth grade who knows? But how that manifests is it will look like shallow breathing, tight jaw and throat, forward head posture. That has a huge impact on confidence and vocal projection. In fact, when people come in and I work on them and they tell me they have a fear of public speaking, I'm like the first thing we need to do is take a look at your forward head posture and your jaw muscles and your tongue, because all of those things will create a physical manifestation of a fear of public speaking. That could just be it, like it could literally just be in the physiology, and it could also be like pain or things that are distracting for you. Breath work, posture correction, vocal exercises that will all help release a lot of the physical blocks and body work.

Speaker 1:

Obviously I'm a huge advocate of somatic body work and releasing the tissue manually. I was at a speaker's training and there was some people there and I watched everyone their physiology because I'm just a nerd like that and I had a couple of guys in my class and I could tell their tongue was tied down and that that was part of the problem was that they were getting a lot of restriction in the way that they were speaking because of the way that their tongue was functioning. So I released it for them and it was quite impressive how quickly their ability to communicate more clearly shifted for them. But also because I do super conscious work, I was also identifying the blocks in the field and I saw like ancestors blocking their voice or like past trauma memories or relationships where they weren't allowed to speak their mind or their truth, past trauma memories or relationships where they weren't allowed to speak their mind or their truth. And we just recoded it while I was releasing the tongue and the jaw muscles and the difference was profound. I mean I have a review on my website from Dr Jamil that I will always be grateful for, because I had a fear of speaking in front of people who had like a doctorate, because I always thought like, oh, who am I.

Speaker 1:

I'm just a massage therapist and that was one of my limiting beliefs that I needed to overcome. So it was a beautiful moment of transformation and also to connect in with these old identity structures that I had around, not being smart enough or good enough or educated enough, and had to trust my intuitive knowing and also the fact that I spend a lot of time studying because I just enjoy it and, like I said, I'm a big nerd. So the next block we want to look at are the mental blocks, and those are the stories that we've told ourselves about who we are. Our subconscious mind holds limiting beliefs that shape our reality. So if you have a belief that I'm not a good speaker or people will judge me, your brain will find ways to prove that belief true and these mental blocks will manifest as negative self-talk before, during, after speaking. So you're basically in a state of self-abuse before, after and during, and, of course, you're not going to want to do public speaking if it comes with a heap of shame and self-criticism Over-analyzing every word you say.

Speaker 1:

A lot of people focus on their word and the words instead of the experience. So I think that was the thing I got from Bruce Lipton, which was Bruce we're friends, Brucey and I but from Bruce Lipton was when he said that to me, I realized I had been in a state of overanalyzing every word instead of just thinking about what's the energy, what's the message, what's the end results that I want to create and how do I want to connect with people through language. And that shift and that reframe really helped me get over every little word and stumbling and trying to memorize speeches and things like that and I really started just connecting in with my heart and thinking about the person I was talking to. When I'm either recording a podcast or I'm sending out an email or whatever it is that I'm doing to communicate with people, I think about a specific person and I assume that there are many of that one person out there listening, and so I hold the intention of being of service and educating people. So when you're in that state of service gratitude, love, community the words that you say are not ones that then become overanalyzed, because you're really connecting energetically to the people that you're talking to. It removes a lot of that disconnection from whoever it is that you're speaking to.

Speaker 1:

There is also that fear of making mistakes or sounding unintelligent. This was probably one of my biggest fears for most of my life, because I always valued being someone who was intelligent. And when you work in corporate America and you don't have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree, they'll often overlook you as being someone who's unintelligent, without knowing who you are. But then you kind of adopt that ideology that maybe you're not as smart as everyone else because you didn't go to college or you don't have an Ivy League degree, and that was something that my boss always told me, at Intel especially. He used to say, like that is your biggest challenge to overcome is you're very smart and I want to hear what you have to say and I would love it if you could just speak up in meetings and instead of like shutting down because people have a higher level of education than you do, of like shutting down because people have a higher level of education than you do. If you can relate to that, this recode is definitely going to help with that Difficulty structuring your thoughts clearly under pressure.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes, when people get in a state of pressure, they will struggle to maintain the end results of the presentation that they were planning to give. I see this a lot when people are giving their like 20 to 30 second BNI weekly presentation. They usually read it from their phones and I never do. I always go into higher self state and I just say the one that my higher self tells me is the best one for that week. And it's really interesting because I didn't realize that I had started doing that or that I did do that until one of my colleagues from SOMA came with me and he was like you were like one of maybe three or four people who didn't read their weekly presentation and I wasn't. I'd never count that as like a big win and it was nice to have it pointed out because I thought, oh, I just I didn't realize how much more comfortable I was with public speaking than I, than I was giving myself credit for.

Speaker 1:

Reframing is a very powerful tool for shifting a lot of beliefs With mental blocks. Reframing is one of my favorite tools and that's basically where you take a look at your old story and you say people will judge me and if you're making that mean something bad, then that will create a negative sensation in your body. But people will judge you and that's the truth. They will absolutely judge you. It's how you decide to react to the judgment. So if you make it mean something bad about you, then you might have the negative belief people will judge me and then I won't fit in. Or you could reframe that to people will judge me because they have judgments about themselves, because they have judgments about themselves and that's really the truth of judgment is, when somebody is judging you, they are really judging the unseen shadows of themselves, and I don't want to go into that fully right now. I'm just going to let that one sit. But people judging others is often a reflection of some unseen aspect of themselves that they are afraid to look at. Judge your neighbor Byron Katie. I'll go into that in another episode.

Speaker 1:

So, with the mental blocks we want to use reframing and then emotional blocks are unprocessed feelings that come up while you're speaking. I know many of you have probably had that giant frog in your throat that seems to be blocking every word that you've never said, and I like to equate it to it's like every word that you have ever choked back is stuck in your throat chakra and when you try to speak it's like all of those unspoken words are acting like a dam preventing new words from flowing out freely. And that could be coming from emotional triggers and wounds like fear of rejection, shame from past speaking failures maybe you were humiliated at some point anxiety linked to social judgment with emotional release techniques and Recode really shines here because it removes the triggers from those unprocessed emotions and just treats it in the field so that you're not reliving every past failed public attempt at speaking. You're only in the present moment. Nlp tapping, somatic healing all of this can be incredibly effective. So anytime I find that I'm triggered now or someone's gotten under my skin, I go do emotional release work and I have a whole library of meditations I've created to release unprocessed emotions. Or if someone's what I call like you know triggering me, then I'm always like ah, thank you, because obviously there's something in my shadow that I didn't know was still there. I'm going to go do my inner work because I don't let people trigger me anymore and it's my empowerment code for myself is I'm the boss of my feelings. And does it mean people don't hurt my feelings? No, but it means if I let them hurt my feelings, I want to know why I let them hurt my feelings and decide if I want to let them hurt my feelings again.

Speaker 1:

When we start talking about energetic blocks, this comes from misalignment. So your energy field holds imprints from past experiences which we can use recode for. Or when we have unresolved energetic blocks, they can manifest as a feeling of being invisible when speaking, lack of resonance or authority in your voice. Resonance to me, I guess that would be more like just coherence, where it's like your heart, your head, your body, your soul, they're all aligned energetically and that, to me, is when you are in heart, brain, coherence and you can just flow Like you're like. No, this is me, I know how to speak freely.

Speaker 1:

There are also energetic leaks causing exhaustion after speaking. So if you don't know how to manage your energy and you're letting other people's thoughts, feelings or behaviors enter your energetic bubble, man, you're going to be exhausted because you're going to feel all their judgments and assume that their judgments are about you. You're also going to feel all their own anxiety. They might have envy, they might have excitement, they might have a whole bunch of feelings that you're picking up. So if you don't know how to put up your energetic bubble before you're in a crowd, you should definitely learn how. I believe I have a meditation on my YouTube. If not, I do definitely in my SomaFull library, because putting up your energetic block is probably rule number one, because that way nobody is able to basically shoot their negative, dart arrows at you, because your field, your bubble, is going to just like protect you from it and it will just bounce right off. You don't even know. And that's how it should be, because whatever they're thinking or feeling is about their experience, not about you. I mean, obviously, unless you're being like a total jerk. But hopefully, if you're listening to this, that's not what you intend to do with your public speaking career.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so I want to talk about how the super conscious recode can transform your speaking confidence, and then I'm going to actually take you through the recode process. So the recode is a revolutionary technique that works at the highest level of consciousness to shift unconscious patterns and remove inner resistance instantly. Instead of struggling to push past fear and anxiety, the recode allows you to simply let go of the blocks that are holding you back. What happens in a superconscious recode? What happens in a superconscious recode?

Speaker 1:

It's really hard to explain to someone who's never experienced one, but I remember the first time I did it was like someone had just done magic on all of my trauma that was up, and I remember thinking I've got to learn this because this is going to change the world, and it has definitely changed my world and my clients that I work with has changed their world and in my opinion, it is a gift from the divine to help us just transform the unrelenting amount of trauma that is on our planet right now, because it's no longer serving anybody and it's just generational now and I think there's just so much trauma People are just having a hard time even seeing out of it. So in my opinion, it was a gift from Source to help us move past all of that trauma more quickly. And as a seven on the Enneagram and having as much trauma as I had to work through, I knew I was being led to the most efficient tools to process through trauma quickly because I was committed to being someone who was empowered and in an empowered state, not in a victim trauma mindset. Now I also have a lot of compassion for how long I was trapped there because of the amount of just trauma patterns in my brain that I had to get out of. It was a lot, and so any of you who are going through that right now I just want to say I have a tremendous amount of respect for the journey that you're on and also, I want to offer you a tremendous amount of hope, because you don't have to stay in trauma. It can be released quickly, way quicker than you were told. So it also clears limiting beliefs without needing to relive old trauma, and it reprograms the nervous system so that it feels safe again in new experiences. It aligns your mind, body and energy fields to support your confidence. So, as we're removing old trauma memories or triggers, what it does is it installs new, confidence-building beliefs and structures that are in alignment with your highest potential or your higher self. It also helps you to wake up to your intuition and to receive intuitive guidance on your next steps, to whatever it is that you're choosing to do with your life.

Speaker 1:

So how do we do this? With recode. So the first step is I have to explain to you what the superconscious recode is, and instead of giving you a link to another episode, I'm just going to explain it now, because your unconscious mind needs this education so that it can run the program. So the recode process is a process that teaches you to connect to a part of you called the superconscious that created all memory and can treat emotion. It is not a trance. You can do the work on yourself. However, it is easier and more enjoyable to have a coach do the work with you. Learning to do this presents no danger, as there are many easy ways to block treatment. You're in control. To ensure we get all of you to work together, there is some education you need to learn once and then, after that, we will be able to work together to make fast, easy progress.

Speaker 1:

You are made up of a main personality and then also many other personalities and aspects. When all aspects are working together, we can use the recode method to easily let go of any resistance that is stopping satisfaction in life. We do this by connecting to your superconscious. The superconscious is one part of your consciousness, the other two more familiar parts being the unconscious and the self-conscious. Now, the superconscious is given various names by other people, but what we mean by it is essentially your inner intuition or wisdom that is connected to a field of information across all time and space. Your superconscious is like a drop in the ocean of the universal superconscious. We are an individual drop but still connected to the universal ocean of information that is the superconscious field. When you give me permission to connect to your superconscious. I can connect to both your superconscious field and that universal field of information.

Speaker 1:

Now I will explain some more about our conscious memories. We have three parts to our consciousness and each has its own memory store. The first is superconscious memory. This is present from before conception, having been passed down through your family. It is a field structure that informs our cells and DNA how to act and what to turn on. This is memory number one. Secondly, an unconscious memory, which is present from the womb and communicates in feelings. It runs the body and is easily trained to interpret symbols like language. Through repetition it can automate complex tasks like breathing or driving a car. This is memory number two. Thirdly, a self-conscious memory that is also known as ego and is our thinking brain or conscious experience. This is memory number three and originates from the ages of four to seven years old.

Speaker 1:

During the recode process, you will unconsciously be bringing up resistance to your choice and this we are going to be using the choice of being a clear and confident communicator. And that resistance is founded in negative beliefs that have been created in our unconscious and self-conscious memories initially for self-protection but, when held onto, can cause resistance to change. This resistance will be brought into your active experience from your dormant memories. The active experience is what we are experiencing in the moment. It is made up of both self-conscious and unconscious memory, whereas outside of the active experience we have dormant memories and these can be unconsciously triggered into the active experience when invoked, because the unconscious and self-conscious parts like working in metaphors. I will use metaphors to help your self-conscious visualize your resistance being removed bit by bit or completely, whatever is the most perfect way for you. For example, I may refer to a river of desire that is flowing towards your desired result, with your resistance being boulders in the river causing a disruption to the flow. Or ski slope with moguls melting in the light of awareness. When the superconscious commands work to lessen the resistance, it will be like the boulders in the aforementioned metaphor crumbling away.

Speaker 1:

Our process is through respect and we desire all parts to choose to let go of resistance. We do this by explaining the benefits. All parts that are awake are always listening. So here are some great advantages To get more satisfaction and less pain, to stop intrusions, takeovers and to stop losing time, so all parts can run the body at the same time. And to stop the main personality, hiding information. Because a mono personality works best, I will use the concept of a treatment team or a treatment plan to organize all aspects of you into a cohesive group that will work together to create more satisfaction and less pain. It is important all aspects of you desire treatment and by asking questions and removing barriers you can ensure all aspects desire treatment. So, in summary, this recode process will help treat resistive personality parts and negative beliefs that come into your active experience when viewing your choice, your true choice. It does this by bundling them together into a treatment plan and giving commands to your superconscious to treat them to create more satisfaction and reduce pain.

Speaker 1:

This process will decrease or remove the resistance, the boulders, in terms of the metaphor and to allow you to take your next action towards your desired result. So, with that said, you probably have a lot of questions and I'm going to offer you to write them in the comments and I will do my best to get back to you with them, but really, at this point, I want you to just allow the questions to be there, because they're going to be in your field right now and that's actually a good thing and I'm going to ask you to grant me access to your super conscious field and we're going to go ahead and start the recode process. So what that looks like is you just say in your mind or out loud I give Tabitha permission to access my superconscious field, and, in order to energetically protect everyone on the call, I'm going to have you imagine a ball of white light surrounding you and then you're going to see a cord coming off of your sacrum, grounding you into the center of the earth, and right above your head is a ball of golden light. This is your super conscious energy. Ball of golden light. This is your super conscious energy. We're going to connect in with that and command that. Any energy that is not love or above. Leave your field now, and then you can just sit back and relax or you can write down the information that's coming through for you, but what we're going to do is step number one is to decide what you would like to create. So for this exercise, I am going to focus on being a confident public speaker, and you can word that however you want, but for today it's going to be. I choose to be a confident public speaker.

Speaker 1:

Now, when we think about how it is how you would like it to be. I would like you to just for a moment, think about the emotion of the end result. What would it look like if you were a confident speaker? What would that feel like to you? What would it give you? Would you have more opportunities at work or be able to start your podcast, or maybe become someone who gets paid to share knowledge publicly? Think about what it would give you. Is there someone in your life that you don't communicate with clearly because you shut down or you're afraid of being heard? Think about the end result, and we want to create an emotional structure that we're moving into.

Speaker 1:

So perhaps you're in a BNI networking group and you have to give your weekly presentation. What would it feel like if you just popped up there? You knew exactly what to say, you didn't have to read it from your phone and you just knew exactly how to end it exactly on time? What would that feel like to just know exactly when the 30-second timer was up and you just knew exactly how to do it, and that the thing that you said was exactly what everybody needed to hear to connect you with the clients that you were looking to connect with? Or what if this has to do with being on a podcast, and maybe somebody invited you to be a guest and you just know that the conversation is going to flow easily and effortlessly and that you feel really confident and comfortable when you're speaking. I want you to just really feel what it would feel like now.

Speaker 1:

Now, in order to create structural tension meaning we need to be able to identify how much resistance there is I want you to think about what it is like now. What is it like in the present moment? What is it like in your body? How do you behave when it's time to stand up and speak in front of a group? Maybe it's just at work, when you're going to give a presentation to your team, or maybe you have a bigger role and you have to do bigger presentations, or perhaps you have to create content for YouTube or social media. I want you to just think about what is it like now compared to where you would like it to be. As you're thinking about that, there's a number between one and 10, and this is your resistance. If you had to give it a number, and you can just guess here but what is your resistance number to being a confident public speaker? And it could be anywhere from two, meaning like, yeah, it's not much, but I would like it to be less to 10. Oh my gosh, I actually call out sick to work if I have to get up in front of people and speak publicly.

Speaker 1:

Now, once you have that number, I want you to jot it down and we're going to go through the recode process. How does it feel now? Um, super conscious, please create the perfect treatment plan in the perfect way as we go through this process of creating the identity structure of becoming a clear, confident public speaker, really observe your current reality. How do you feel thinking about your current reality in relation to your desired reality? What would someone need to believe to create that current experience? What do you believe now about your ability to speak in public? And as I'm pulling all of this up, I'm just reminding you that your superconscious is already starting to tag and treat all of your resistance, treating all trauma memories with the wisdom process, treating all trapped emotions and emotional triggers, tagging and treating all of the events past, present and future that created this resistance.

Speaker 1:

Please treat and do a massive change history. Please treat and do a massive change history Now. Just choose at this moment to set the intention for this recode to reduce your resistance to taking action towards this choice of being a clear, confident public speaker. And as you go back into the end result, I want you to think about what it would give you if you let go of this fear. What would it give you? Superconscious? Please treat alignment with desire. I deserve to have my voice heard. I am committed to speaking my truth. I trust myself. I am a confident speaker. I will speak my mind. Please treat any and all resistance and do a massive change history and everything. Thank you, super conscious. Please identify all beliefs creating resistance, including identity level beliefs, beliefs about other people and the world. Superconscious. Please treat the belief that the world is a cruel and harsh place and I don't have a place in it. Please treat and do a massive change history across all time, dimension, space and realities. Superconscious. Please treat all definitions and rules about what it means to be a confident public speaker. Superconscious. Please treat that fear of being seen as a liar and a manipulator. Please treat all fields that are creating that belief structure. Please treat with the wisdom process and do a massive change history. Thank you, super conscious. Super conscious.

Speaker 1:

I want to talk to all of the part-time personalities that are holding on to this fear of public speaking, the protector, controller, the inner child, the people pleaser, the wounded, the perfectionist and any and all parts that are providing resistance or taking over when public speaking is required. I want them to understand the advantages of joining the treatment team. They get more satisfaction in life, more opportunities for success, connection, for sharing knowledge and educating, to be of service to others. To stop intrusions, takeovers by personality aspects and identities. To remove all energetic fields that have anchored in on these past trauma memories, having them taken up to the 10th dimension for healing. To stop losing time so that all parts can run the body at the same time. No parts die, all parts can run the body at the same time, integrating into this singular choice and function. A mono personality works best Excellent.

Speaker 1:

Now, as parts begin to awaken or some parts may have pain that is too great to be treated safely, some parts fear that these memories will re-traumatize the main personality and they don't want to join the main treatment team. Some parts have a fear of dying and some parts have a fear of losing wisdom, knowledge and understanding. I want to treat all parts with a deep sense of compassion for the experiences that you had that created the resistance and also compassion for the fields that attach to you that have been creating chaotic structures in your unconscious patterns. It is okay to release those fields now to the 10th dimension so that all parts that have been previously easily entrained by fields are now healed, whole and protected. Please release and treat all parts that have been easily entrained by these fields with the wisdom of the 10th dimension, fields with the wisdom of the 10th dimension, pulling the fields out and up to the 10th dimension for healing. Thank you, and transformation. Please put up a permanent protective barrier around this person so that no other fields can enter and easily entrain onto any parts or aspects of them.

Super conscious, do you see this programming? Yes, please treat into a massive change history, thank you. Now I want you to think about what it would feel like if you were a clear, confident public speaker. I want you to see yourself standing in front of a group Maybe it's at your local Toastmasters or presenting to a classroom, or perhaps it's a business meeting or a social gathering. I want you to see yourself giving a speech or a talk and I want you to see what it would look like if you were confident. If you let go of this fear and you stepped into an empowered state where you felt confident, connected, you knew exactly what you were going to say. Feel it like it's happening right now. Like it's happening right now. Allow yourself to experience it like it is happening right now.

Speaker 1:

Superconscious, please treat fear of events, past, present and future. Please treat across all time, dimension, space and realities. Thank you, really. Step into it. Think about if this barrier was removed, what else could you do that you used to be afraid of, that you are no longer afraid of? What else could you accomplish? How would this serve your business, your clients, your family, your community? How will it serve humanity if you allow your voice to be heard, confidently communicating in public? I want you to step into it like it's happening now. Now come back to the present moment. What is it like now? Get a gauge on the resistance. Compare it to the original resistance. Has it changed? Has it increased or decreased? No judgment, just notice Where's the resistance now.

Speaker 1:

Superconscious, please treat the unconscious pattern of increasing resistance when you're going for what you want. Please treat the fear of success imposter syndrome and all of the old choked up words that have been sitting in the throat tissue. Please treat and do a massive change history and everything as needed, thank you. Now I want you to think about your family. Does anyone in your family speak publicly? Have you ever seen it? Do you know anyone who you care about deeply, from your family of origin that speaks in public, confidently, superconscious? Please treat that and do a massive change history. Thank you, superconscious. Please treat the fear of humiliating the family. Please also treat tall poppy syndrome the fear of being bigger, better and more successful than everyone else. Please treat that dichotomy of fear and failure to success. Please treat all cognitive dissonance and do a massive change history and everything as needed. Thank you, superconscious. Please treat family history. Please treat the feminine line and the masculine line all the way back to the ancestors who started it all.

Please treat all DNA structures, cellular memories and the entire nervous system. Please treat trauma memories that were passed down from generation to generation. Please treat them in the field of awareness, where they exist, without needing to re-traumatize the main personality with the memory structures. Please treat all parts with compassion and love and kindness so that they may evolve, upgrade, recode and restructure the unconscious mind in alignment with the choice of being a clear and confident public speaker. Superconscious. Please identify any and all secondary intentions that are not in support of this true choice. Please treat them and do a massive change history. Superconscious. Please treat them and do a massive change history. Superconscious. Please treat all 12 body systems, the chakras, the organs and all energy systems. Please treat, clearing away any debris, leaving the wisdom, leaving the clarity, the confidence, the love. Please treat and do a massive change history and everything as needed.

Thank you, I want you to just breathe in and we're going to check in, see how everything's going. How would it feel to just be a very confident public speaker? What would that give you? How does it feel in your body now when you think about it and notice, does the resistance feel like it has decreased? Superconscious, there's an ancestor in the field that is creating a block. Can we please release the ancestral trauma that is blocking this person's true, authentic voice from coming through? Please treat into a massive change history and everything. Thank you.

Now I want you to think about being a clear, confident public speaker again. I want you to see yourself on a giant stage and there's a huge audience. I want you to see millions of people standing there listening to you, yeah, super conscious. Whatever that response was, please treat and do a massive change history. Thank you. I want you to see a stage. You're on a stage and there's this massive audience, and now I want you to take that massive audience and I want you to turn it into one person, just one. Does it change for you, super conscious? Do you see that fear that your audience isn't big enough? But also, I don't want a big audience. Do you see all of the programming that is contrasting, yes, contradictory, thank you, please treat and do a massive change history and everything is needed. Thank you.

Please treat the original event and all subsequent events. Please treat all timelines, shadow memories, tandem memories. Please treat the quantum timeline structure, closing off any interference or chaotic fields that have been interfering. Thank you, please treat and do a massive change history. Thank you, all right. So I want you to think about now you're looking out and there's one person, not a million, just one, good. And now I want you to see that maybe there's five people.

Super conscious, please treat. It's not good enough, I'm not good enough. Please treat all shame, guilt, fear, sadness and anger that are preventing forward momentum. Please treat other people's emotions. Please put in a new superconscious or an unconscious code that says that you no longer take on other people's emotions and take them home with you. You leave them at the door from now on, thank you, okay, superconscious, please install self-empowering beliefs, emotions, habits and behaviors in every cell of the body, in the entire nervous system. Please upgrade, recode and restructure the entire unconscious structure to be in alignment with the true choice of being a clear, confident public speaker.

Speaker 1:

As you feel the energy flow through your body, feel the clear, feel it clear, feel the clearing. Connect in with the chakra at the top of your head. This is your crown chakra. Super conscious, please treat the crown chakra. Please treat any energetic or field interference and only allow benevolent and divine communication to come through that is in the highest and best good for this individual. Please treat all trauma memories where unhelpful information came through and was acted upon. Now pull that light down into the center of your brain and connect in with your intuitive center, your third eye, and see this light spinning, clearing, restructuring this energy field, removing all resistance, blockages and destructive patterns. Please treat the fear of using one's own magic. Thank you, super conscious. Pull that light down into the throat chakra. Ooh, so much energy there, superconscious. Please treat the stuck energy in the throat chakra. Call in Isis to help clear that. Thank you. Please heal the wound of repressing your voice. Please treat this and the original curse. Please return to sender with love, clearing and cutting any energetic cords and attachments that are still connected to that curse, perceived or true. Thank you.

Please treat and do massive changes to recreating a direct communication channel between the head, the heart, the brain and the higher self, aligning all parts and aspects with this choice, because it's a free will choice and as you're sitting here listening to this meditation, to this recode, you are to this recode. You are establishing your free will choice to be a clear, confident communicator, to be someone who can speak in public and feels good about it, feels comfortable, feels secure and safe and confident. Anything in the way of that delete, uncreate and de-story across all time, dimension, space and realities. Good job, you're doing great.

Speaker 1:

Take a deep breath into your belly and just notice any other fear patterns that might be coming up for you. You don't have to go into them, you just want to notice. Where in your body do you notice any more fear patterns? Maybe it's in your head. I'm really seeing it in the left hemisphere of the brain, super conscious. Please recode and restructure all hemispheres of the brain. Hemispheres of the brain yeah, there's some patterns in communication between the left and right hemispheres. Can you please treat all cellular damage, inflammatory conditions, tumors, conditions, tumors, implants and anything else blocking healthy brain function so that all hemispheres of the brain can work together congruently? See the brain light up all hemispheres in a white light and then follow that light, like it's white, all the way down the brainstem, down the cervical spine, which is the neck down the thoracic spine, and really anchoring into your heart. See your heart glow with your logical brain and just see this coherence between the brain and the heart so that you can speak from your heart, not from your wound.

Speaker 1:

What would it be like if you could just speak from your heart and not your wound, to connect in with your higher self, to trust your intuitive guidance, to just speak your truth, to allow yourself to be heard, to be seen, to be witnessed? What would it feel like if you could just be you no fear, no old stories, just confident in who you are and the message you came here to spread and to share? What would it take for you to just let go of the old story, because you can let it go now if you choose. Your superconscious can help you by treating all old stories, removing the pain, removing the trauma memories, but leaving the wisdom, the learnings, the lessons and integrating them into your experience. So the wisdom is kept but the pain is removed. You can make that choice now, but you have to choose it. I want you to just choose that one thing Superconscious, do you see the fear of making a decision and the fear of making the wrong decision.

Speaker 1:

Can you please treat that across all time dimensions, space and realities? Thank you, okay, so now I'm going to have you just step back into the end result and you're going to be on a stage or a platform, whatever it is. Maybe it's on social media, maybe you're doing a YouTube video, maybe you're in person and you're speaking to a group, or maybe it's one person. Allow yourself to do the number that's comfortable for you. Just allow yourself to decide how many people are comfortable for you now, comfortable for you now, and just notice that, as you give yourself permission to grow and not force to flow and not push, how many people would you be okay with in that group? Excellent, so just allow yourself to be comfortable and speak to that many people. Excellent.

Speaker 1:

So just allow yourself to be comfortable and speak to that many people and just notice that there's one person who's really engaged while you're talking to them and you're just going to focus energetically on that one person. And just notice, as you focus on that one person and really connecting, there's a ripple effect through the audience Because energetically we are all connected and everyone is receiving the benefit of that connection. Just notice that you don't really have to energetically drain yourself connecting with everyone. You just have to find a few people in the audience that you really connect with, feel supported by and loved by, feel their gratitude now. Feel the gratitude for you sharing your knowledge and information with them, for you stepping up into your power to be heard, to be seen and to be witnessed to inspire, motivate and educate others in the knowledge and wisdom that you have, that your soul wants to share.

Speaker 1:

What would it feel like to just be coherent, to speak to those people and to not worry about the ones who weren't meant to hear your message, to allow yourself to focus on the ones who were? What would that feel like? To focus on service, to focus on purpose, alignment and just spreading knowledge and love. What would that feel like if you could just be in flow. If you could just be in flow, being a magical creator. Allow yourself to experience it now and anything in the way of that delete, uncreate and destroy across all time, dimension, space and realities.

Speaker 1:

Take one last deep breath in Superconscious. Please ground all memories we have touched today, including memories one, two and three, and return them to the matrix of the universe. Now please take a moment and write down. The next obvious action step on my journey to being a confident public speaker is and allow yourself to write down the wisdom of your superconscious. Perhaps it is simply just to practice, perhaps it is to simply just be in the new identity. Now Allow your superconscious to reveal to you the next obvious action step. Write it down and commit to taking action on it this week.

That was a big recode, so I hope you enjoyed it. Drink some water. Make sure that you ground your energy To do that. You just see a cord coming from the root of your feet or the bottom of your sacrum, going deep into the center of the earth and connecting into the core of the planet. There is a giant ball of pink energy there that is abundantly full of love and anchoring. Just pull that energy up through the cord into the bottom of your feet, through your legs to your hips, and butt all the way up your spine, feeling completely grounded in your human experience, grounded in your own energy, fully aligned with who you are.

Now I want you to see all of your chakras lighting up your root chakra red, and see it just spinning in a clockwise direction. Now I want you to connect in with the sacral chakra, which is about two inches below your belly button and it's orange. Just see it spinning clockwise direction. Now connect in with your solar plexus, just beneath the rib cage. That is your seat of emotion. See it just spinning with a brilliant yellow color. Connect in with your heart chakra. This is in the center of your chest. It is green. See it spinning, clearing, balancing and recalibrating in alignment with this new identity structure that we just installed.

Now I want you to see your throat chakra. It's a turquoise color. Now I want you to see your throat chakra it's a turquoise color, spinning, aligning with your higher self, your true voice, clearing away the old, allowing the new, integrating all of the changes that we just made. Now we connect in with your third eye. It's a beautiful indigo color Center of your mind. See it's spinning, clearing away any old energy, recoding and restructuring in alignment with your higher self, your intuitive guidance. Now connect in with your crown chakra. It's a brilliant purple. See it's spinning in clockwise direction, recoding, restruct and reorganizing itself to align with higher intelligence. And just see all of your chakras clearing Any old feelings or emotions, just allowing them to go now.
