Welcome to the Soma Flow Meditation to call in miracles to your life. My name is Tabitha MacDonald. Thank you for allowing me to guide you on this journey today. Let's begin by taking three deep breaths Breathe in through your nose, expand your belly and allow your exhale to come out of your mouth with a sigh Excellent. Two more Breathe in and exhale. One more. Breathe in, exhale.
Speaker 1:Notice that there are roots growing from your feet into the center of the earth, grounding yourself into the earth. Feel these roots growing deep into the center of the earth, connecting in with this playful, nurturing energy that is the planet. See it like a pink ball of light in the center of the earth. Feel that earth energy coming up through those roots into your feet, filling your body up with this grounded, playful, nurturing energy, filling up your entire body. Now notice that 300 feet above your head is this golden liquid light. It is a beautiful, iridescent, white and golden energy. Connect in with the light above you. This is universal love, joy, strength. Pull that love down through the top of your head, connecting into your heart. Take a deep, gentle breath and when you exhale, exhale any dense energy, negative thought patterns, stress, worries or concerns. Breathe in that golden liquid light, allowing it to fill your entire being, healing your body, from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, all the way to the ends of your fingertips. Feel this white, golden light filling up your entire body. Feel the vibration of joy, love and gratitude filling your entire physical body as you are connected in with this light. Next time you breathe out, you're going to see it surrounding you three feet, coating you in this energy of unconditional universal love. Now, as you breathe in, breathe in more of this light, connecting in with it above your head. And now send it out so that you fill up your entire room with the light of this love. See every corner of your room being coated in this light. Now take a deep breath in and, as you exhale, see this light filling up the entire building that you're in. See this building being lit up by the light of this love. And, as you breathe in again, see your entire neighborhood being filled up with the light of this love, allowing this love to flow through you, sending love to every living soul in your neighborhood. Now, as you breathe in, expand this light out to the entire city that you're in, seeing the light of your love, blessing everybody in your city with this healing light and energy. And, as you breathe in, expand this love to your entire country. See the light of this love filling your entire country. See the light of this love filling your entire country, healing up all living beings, all souls, animals, plants. Connect back in with the light and, as you breathe in this light of love and you exhale, see the entire planet being coated with the light of this love and send a blessing to every living being on the planet that they may experience peace and serenity. Send this wave of peace and healing to the world now.
Speaker 1:Now imagine a safe place in your mind. It is a white room with three chairs. You're going to sit down in chair number one. Call to mind someone who has harmed you and invite them to sit directly across from you in chair number two. Now call in a wise counselor to sit down in chair number three.
Speaker 1:See this person who has harmed you sitting across from you. Allow yourself to experience the pain that they have created for you and as you allow that pain to come up, you can imagine that you can put it in a black bag. Ask your higher self to come in and remove this pain from your body. And now, as you look over at the person who has harmed you, I want you to speak your truth to them. Tell them how their behavior has hurt you. Take your time, allow yourself to fully communicate how their behavior or actions has caused you pain. Now allow this person to communicate back with you. What were they thinking, how were they feeling? And, if you feel up for it, you can imagine your consciousness dropping down into their perspective, looking back at you. What do they need you to know about the conflict? What do they need you to know about the conflict? How were they feeling? What were they thinking? Now, lift your consciousness up into the wise counselor, letting go of attachment to the outcome, stepping into a space of innocence, of higher consciousness. What needs to happen for this to be resolved today? Happen for this to be resolved today.
Speaker 1:Allow your superconscious to come in and tag and treat any cords, attachments or contracts and do a massive change history, allowing the lessons to be fully. Now allow your consciousness to drift back into your chair and, as you see the person sitting across from you, simply say I forgive you. Connect in with the light above your head and see yourself filling this person up with the light of universal love, healing them, and if there is anyone else who you would like to release cords with, they can come and stand behind this person and see yourself allowing the light above your head to fill all of them up with this love, this universal energy of healing flowing through you, not from you. And now imagine that all of these individuals had cords attached to your body. Ask your divine guidance to come in and cut those cords with a giant blade. As the blade comes down and cuts those cords, see the energy dissolving. Feel your energy being returned to you, clearing the emotional charge, freeing both yourself and them from this energetic tie. Call your energy back to your heart and thank them for coming today and send them on their way.
Speaker 1:Now imagine yourself being able to connect in with the version of you that is already the predominant creative force in their life. See this version of you standing in front of you. Notice how they are standing, notice how they are speaking. Notice this version of you that is the author of their life, the most empowered version of you. And now step into this version of you's perspective and see the world through their eyes. Version of you's perspective. And see the world through their eyes. How do they feel? Feel it in your body now aligning with being the predominant creative force of your reality.
Speaker 1:Now I want you to call in the version of you that is living their true nature and purpose. Have them stand in front of you and notice how they are, what are they doing, who are they being this version of you that is fully in alignment with their soul's purpose. Feel that purpose now in your body. Allow yourself to merge with this version of you. Feel that sense of commitment, of purpose, of higher knowing, of purpose of higher knowing. Now invite in the version of you that has a life that you love, that has freedom and play, unlimited love, healthy relationships and connection, abundance, success, whatever it is that you would love to call into your life. See this version of you standing in front of you, this playful, fun, free version of you. Notice what they're wearing. How are they standing, notice what their posture is like, how they move, what are they wearing? Allow yourself to fully see this version of you who lives a life that they love, right in front of you. Now. Allow yourself to merge with this version of you. Feel their energy integrating with every cell of your being. Feel the playfulness, the light-hearted nature, the freedom, the peace. Feel it like it's happening now. Now see the healthiest version of you standing in front of you. Notice what their body looks like their skin, their hair. Notice their eyes and the clarity. Notice how easy it is for them to eat healthy foods that nourish the body, to take care of themselves and to honor their body. Notice this version of you and pick up any other details about how they feel about themselves and their body. Now step into this version of you and feel what they feel now. Feel it like it's happening now, allowing all four of these aspects to integrate fully into you. Now See their energy interweaving with every fiber of your being Great.
Speaker 1:Now, using a mental screen in front of you, we're going to visualize your perfect average day three years from now. Allow this screen to appear before you 20 degrees above the line of your horizon. Make this screen large so that it takes up your entire vision. Allow yourself to see yourself three years from now. Pull up any goals or dreams that you have. See yourself waking up, going about your day with ease, joy and success. Up, going about your day with ease, joy and success. Pull up any future memories of your career, your love life, your family. Perhaps it's a vacation you would like are building, or a health goal that you have.
Speaker 1:Watch this video and pay attention to the emotions and the feelings this visualization evokes. Allow yourself to feel it. Now I'm going to give you a moment to play with this video and make it even more powerful. See a dial beside it. You can turn the video up to make it brighter, more powerful, more engaging. Pay attention to the sounds. What do you hear? What do you taste? What do you smell? How do you feel? Excellent, take a picture of that day and allow that picture to drop into your mind's eye. And allow that picture to drop into your mind's eye and allow your timeline to align with this future moment.
Speaker 1:Now bring your attention back to today. Visualize your current day unfolding perfectly. See each task, each interaction and each moment flowing smoothly from morning until night. See yourself completing this meditation and moving into the next part of your day. If you are going to work today, see yourself arriving in a very calm, blissful and peaceful way. Imagine 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock, any meetings that you might have. See them going perfectly. See your day unfolding with ease and flow. Notice lunch how easy it is to fill your body up with healthy and nutritious food If you are going to exercise, see you including that in a way that feels good and honors your body. See your afternoon feeling energized, focused, happy. Continue through your day, getting into the evening, relaxing, enjoying quality time with loved. Happy, joyful, move through until you go to bed, being able to easily and effortlessly fall asleep.
Speaker 1:Now for the last phase Ask for a blessing from your guides or higher power.
Speaker 1:We're going to conclude this meditation by asking for a blessing from your guides, angels or higher power, whatever you believe. Open yourself to receive guidance, protection and and miracles. Today, invite your higher self in to guide you through your day, trusting that you are supported by a force greater than yourself. Ask for any pain, worries or concerns To have easy solutions. Show up for you and ask for those solutions to be offered up swiftly so that you know exactly what to do.
Speaker 1:Feel the gratitude and connect back in with that beautiful golden white light above your head, allowing it to fill you once more with this universal light, this blessing, healing any emotional wounds or baggage and releasing it. Feeling the light of this love. Connect back in with earth energy, feeling the earth supporting you on your journey. Let's take another deep breath in and, as you exhale, come back into the present moment, ready to start your day. Thank you so much for joining me this morning.
